Returns and exchanges
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of your order delivery date. Refunds will be made to store credit only.
Please note that in order to qualify for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be in their original condition - unused, unworn, undamaged, with no odour, no stains, and with the tags still attached. All returned items are subject to inspection and any items that are damaged or dirty will be either charged a fee or returned back to the customer.
Please note that no exceptions will be made once the 7 day return/exchange window has closed.
Azyaa The Line reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if the item does not meet the eligibility requirements listed above.
Shipping a return
Please note that shipping costs are not included with the return or exchange.
Deadline to ship a return
Once your item is deemed eligible for a return or an exchange, you will receive a shipping label after which you will have 4 days to ship out the item you wish to return.
Marked down items
Any items that are marked down are eligible for store credit only.
Damaged or defective items
We stand behind the quality of our products and will gladly provide a full refund or replacement for any damaged or defective items, guaranteed.
Return Processing
Once you have submitted a return and it has arrived and passes inspection, it will take approximately 4-5 days to process your return.
Refunds
Once we have approved your return, your refund will be issued to store credit.
